GEORGINA O'CALLAGHAN

President and Co-founder

Hi I’m Georgina. I’m a 4th year medic and President and Co-founder of the KCL lifestyle medicine society. I am really interested about how we can promote healthy living within a society that is bombarded with fast food and told to compromise our sleep for more hours in the day. A society that lives with stigma still attached to our mental health and exercising is expensive and inconvenient! Our well-being and health is being affected and hopefully we can work with you and the wider lifestyle medicine community to make changes for the better!

Hi I’m Tasha. I’m a 4th Year Medic and Vice-President of the KCL Lifestyle Medicine Society! I am really interested in exercise and nutrition and incorporate lifestyle medicine into my life by being a keen gym go-er and fitting in home workouts around my studies. I’m really passionate about what we can all do to promote positive lifestyle changes as a form of preventive medicine, I also have a particular interest on how we as medics can all aim to practice what we preach! I look forward to meeting you all at some of our events this upcoming year!

LIV THOMAS

Secretary

Hi I’m Liv. I am a 4th year medic, secretary of KCL Lifestyle Medicine Society and Founder of KCL Nutritank Society. I became interested in lifestyle medicine on my GP placement as it was amazing to see how education around wellbeing and helping patients make simple changes to their diet and lifestyle can have a great impact on their health. I also play a lot of sports, particularly Netball and have found the health benefits of this to be profound.
